Bottomless Brunch, Big Easy Covent Garden

So I think it’s fair to say I love a bottomless brunch! Since this craze became popular in London, I have been first in line to ensure I drink as much Prosecco as possible (sensibly though – obviously). As some of you may have read months ago, I went to the Big Easy in Carnary Wharf for brunch as none of the other London chains had jumped on the band wagon. Until now! Hello Big Easy Covent Garden, you did not disappoint.BIGEASY3BIGEASY1BIGEASY9I love the American theme at Big Easy, the low lighting and neon signs are a real fun touch. The minute you walk in, you just know it’s going to be good.

Right, here is the deal. Unlimited boozy brunch which includes (beer, wine, prosecco or frozen mojitos) you have to pick one only but that’s a pretty decent choice. This is good for those who aren’t necessarily keen on prosecco but still want to take part in the unlimited goodness. The food… I will come to that later.BIGEASY6BIGEASY7BIGEASY5This place is very popular, and even though the table was booked in advance we were seated 20 minutes late. Our waiter Eric was very apologetic and we got our drinks and food menu quickly.

We all got these super sexy bibs to wear incase of any spillages. I am not a messy eater but when you come here prepare to literally get stuck in.BIGEASY8BIGEASY14BIGEASY13The food!! I was dining with three other friends who all went wit the Big Pig Gig. This was basically loads of meat including (North Carolina Chopped Pork, Pit-Smoked Bar.B.Q Chicken & St Louis Pork Ribs, ‘Slaw, Pit-Smoked Beans, Fries & Fresh Baked Cornbread). I had to go with a Whole Fresh 1lb Lobster with salad and fries, and it did not disappoint. Lobsters are actually pretty meaty and once you get to grips with pulling all the bits off, there is a lot of succulent food to be had. BIGEASY2BIGEASY4BIGEASY12BIGEASY11I would definitely recommend getting the later time slot with this brunch (early dinner). We dined at 4pm until 6pm which is ideal if you are drinking, it’s not midday where you want to sleep by 5. The price of this meal was £29.99 per person plus service charge, which I think considering the amount of food you get and alcohol it is a good price.

Fancy coming here yourself? Take a look at the restaurant here.

Let me know what you think to Big Easy or if you have any Brunch spots you recommend for me.

Love A x
